Doug is still off working ror another 16 days! God I HATE that he is gone so much! The first check was a nice reminder of why, but, still. Two weeks in and I am thinking to hell with money. Thankfully, I am broke and he gets paid tomorrow, so hopefully that will stop me from begging him on hands and knees to come home right NOW. lol.
Trenedy took to school like a duck to water. She is SO smart! Pre-K is constantly something for her to be excited about and tonight she did her first homework! I just can't believe how big she is getting!
Paegan has a little bit rougher time with school, but, she tries so very hard and manages to keep her grades up. In fact she is working very hard to try and get honor roll every six weeks this year. Second grade is a little harder, but, she is still doing very well.
I finally went through the process of cutting every single negative influence out of my life that I possibly could. From my parents on down to my ex husband. I just got fed up and walked away. They are now all on their own. It feels good to be free!
Doug is finally done with the whole school thing and I am working on going back myself. As soon as we set aside enough in savings we're going to look for another house. We'd like to stay in Scott, but, have also talked baout moving to Vill Platte where he is from. Who would have thought I would live there? I used to HATE that place. Not so bad now. And my son lives there so I won't be quite so far from him.
